Terms for New and Replacement Images 15th August 2007 - New gallery system added to give you the chance to maintain your own promotional images Further details when you log in to your profile. 1. Submitting Pictures Although you will now be able to control your own promotional gallery, we will still need a couple of images to activate your profile. Headshot - preferably color, and closely cropped. Don't worry about resizing it and a couple of alternatives would be ideal. Your banner (if you have a website) Please send your images as an Email attachment to models@babes.net. Alternatively, you can grant us authority to select either from your free site area or from a webmaster area you may have. Once we have activated your profile, you will then also have access to update your information and image gallery at any time. Whilst we do not display large images, we ask that all images are sumbitted are at least 600x400 in size. This allows us to ensure we can resize them without losing quality. 2. Picture Quality All pictures added to babes.net should be shot professionally or to a professional standard. We reserve the right to delete webcam images, cellphone images or various other images that our editors consider to be unsuitable for quality, nudity or other standards. Furthermore, we reserve the right to exclude images which have been distorted, blurred or otherwise degraded through image manipulation programs. 3. Image Copyright Please ensure that you have the rights to release your selected images for use on this site. If we are approached by image owners about unauthorized usage, they will have to be removed which will cause us both unnecessary inconvenience. If compensation is sought by copyright holders, you will be liable. 4. Replacement images If you'd like to have alternative images displayed with your profile, they should be submitted via Email to models@babes.net. As you will appreciate, it takes time to select, process and replace the images. Depending on workload, this may take some time. babes.net reserves the right to decline to exchange images where the new submissions are deemed to be of a lesser quality than those they replace or otherwise fail to meet our quality standards. Priority will always be given to new models and then models whose profiles have been unchanged for a period of six months or more. babes.net is FREE for all models and by following the above terms, you'll save us time and effort and help us keep it that way.
