Image Usage
All images shot for babes.net VIP are subject to copyright and may not be used in print or online without express permission.
Print usage
Licensing for print is exclusively handled by Dodgypictures.com.
As well as providing images for print on the standard fee-related basis, babes.net will on occasion release certain images at no cost where there is definite and tangible benefit for babes.net and/or the model featured.
Online usage
Models - Each featured model will be granted the right to use a limited number of images for her promotional use. These may be displayed online to a maximum size of 400x300 pixels and babes.net and the photographer must be visibly credited in all instances.
3rd Party sites - babes.net will license image to certain select sites. This license is granted on a per site basis and images are uniquely marked per site. These images may not be reposted on other sites.
All requests for use of images MUST be directed to editor@babes.net in advance of any usage, or the following usage fee scale will apply.
Charges for unauthorized image usage
VIP Content - where images are from sets only legally available within babes.net VIP
- Images with visible babes.net branding - $25 per image per day
- Images with branding removed - $50 per image per day
- Images with unauthorized and unlicensed branding added - $75 per image per day
Images as licensed to 3rd party sites
- Images with visible babes.net branding - $25 per image, per day
- Images with branding removed - $50 per image per day
- Images with unauthorized and unlicensed branding added - $75 per image per day
NOTES
- charges will be sought from the date of first recorded violation.
- multiple instances of the same image (e.g. thumbnails and alternate sizes) will count as separate images.
- immediate and unchallenged removal of images MAY, in occasions of genuine error, result in the reduction/removal of usage charges at the discretion of either the babes.net editorial team or their legal representatives.
- continuing unauthorized usage will result in legal action against the offenders including, but not limited to; the domain owner, the site operator, the hosting company, the image editor and the person providing the images to that site. This legal action shall seek suspension of the site's activities, recovery of unpaid usage fees, costs and damages where the images have been used in a defamatory, offensive or damaging context.
