I started my modelling career in 2003 when I made the final 100 in FHM's High St Honeys and within days was featured in the magazine and in the News of the World. I then won the chance to represent England in the Model of the Universe finals in Ghana which was followed on by many more beuaty pageant wins that can be seen in my CV.
My big break was winning Max Power Babe in 2004 beating nearly 2000 girls in the three day event to take the title home, and having several covers of Max Power and other mens magazines follow on from this.
Since then I have had numerous front pages of the Sun, the Star and the Sport, and Page 3 appearances in the Star, the Sport and on the Sun online. I have also done alot of tv presenting and small acting roles, as well as several reality TV appearances.
The last year I have been lucky enough to get small walk on roles in several major films: The Bourne Ultimatum with Matt Damon where I play a CIA agent in the office. The new Batman The Dark knight, where I play a gangsters moll in one of Christian Bales fight scenes. How To Lose Friends and Alienate People with Kirsten Dunst and Simon Pegg, where I play a celeb model at the Hamptons. I was also lucky to get a speaking role in the new Andie McDowell film Art in Las vegas which will showcase me as an actress when it comes out.
In my spare time I love martial arts and have done Shotokan karate for 13 years now, as well as boxing and kick boxing. I also love ice skating and running to keep fit.
I am also studying a degree in Psychology when I get the chance, after completing A levels in Chemistry, Biology, Law, Psychology and Geography and getting top grades.
In 2008 I decided to open a Model Academy www.model-academy.co.uk where I give advice to new models on how to make it in the modelling industry as I have done, with recommendations on agencies and photographers-and those to avoid!
I also run a monthly modelling competition to find twelve gorgeous new models for our official Model Academy 2009 calendar.
